Ultra Fun Book Boxes by my library!

Recently, our library sent an email about their new book box.

They said, “Book boxes are designed for children aged 9-12. Every kit includes a library book for checking out and covering the themed items to open when you read. Reading is the prize itself, but sometimes it is good to get a little treat too. Postpon the book box and try!”

Well, that’s enough for me! I immediately postponed one and my children were really happy because of it.

The library is currently doing two book boxes – one for this book Hole and one for Goose girl. The library has 15 each and you have to save all prizes. You have just returned the book after finishing, they fill it back with an envelope/gift, and

(Speaking – The library calls them a box, but actually in this hanging zipper bag).

I shared this on Instagram and so many people say they want to do this in their own library, for their children or in their classrooms!

This is what is included HoleLai

Envelope #1 is labeled will be opened on page 33 and includes a small card that says: “In the past, I thought you were a good book reader to not exist.” This bookmark for you, you are a good book reader not to get a book! And, as you might have expected, including bookmarks.

Envelope #2 will be opened on page 81 with a card that says: “After bathing, he put his dirty clothes in the coffin and pulled out his stationary box.” You can use these items to write letters, or teach someone to read and write! Inside there are notebooks and small pencils.

Envelope #3 will be opened on page 101 and the card says: “Special prizes are given every year to Miss Katherine Barlow because of peach seasoned. This treatment may not be as delicious as the peach that is seasoned with Miss Katherine Barlow, but we still hope you will like it. This is packed with a small bag of peach ring candy.

Envelope #4 will be opened on page 123 with the card read: “A lizard jumped at them. Kate could see her big red eyes.” Fortunately this toy is significantly less toxic than yellow -spotted lizards, plus shining in the dark! It has a little light in a dark lizard like this.

Envelope #5 is actually a brown paper lunch sack that will be opened on page 160 and the card reads: “They put four uninterrupted stoples in burlap sacks, if they might be able to use it.” This bag is an empty canvas for your decoration. Use a permanent marker, paint, ribbon, button or whatever you want to make it you!

Envelope #6 is the last and opened on page 194. The card said: “I have an animal doll, a small giraffe, and I will hug her all the time he left.” This is an animal sticker to accompany you, as Jaffy did for zero! And there is a water bottle sticker like this includes.

And this is what is included Goose girlLai

Envelope #1 will be opened on page 60 and includes a small card that says: “The first four weeks of forest trips have joined each other in the Cemara and Pinus Abadi landscape.” I’m sure the trip party meets a lot of cute animals like this in the forest! Use a stick design to scratch your forest friends! And including one of these scratch paper animals.

Envelope #2 will be opened on page 99 and has a card that says: “Everything blinks and comedy and gives a coin to hear what you already know.” Predict the future can be difficult but this fortune teller can help. The envelope is this small fortune teller.

Envelope #3 will be opened on page 158 and the card inside says: “Enna was sitting near the fire, watching the cheese melted on the bread she placed on the grilled stone.” We hope you enjoy your drugs as much as Enna enjoy his own! This dowry burger is included with a card.

Envelope #4 marked for page 200 and the card in the envelope says: “He often considers him as a boy, the way he teases him and chases goose and is excited about the dessert that he brought with dinner.” We think Geric will be very enthusiastic about this dessert! Inside the envelope there is a bag of permen children -acid patch.

Envelope #5 is for page 221 and inside is a card that says: “He led them out of Mass and around the back of the game.” This is a fun game for those of you who might (but maybe not) the same one they have in the game booth. Inside the envelope is this small game.

Envelope #6 is for page 262 and on the card says: “There is still the smell of the library on it, dust, binding leather, binding glue, and old paper, a book that carries the scent of hundreds.” Although this bookmark is new, with continuous use may begin to maintain the smell of the library. Inside the envelope, not surprisingly, a bookmark (with a swan on it!)

Envelope #7 is for page 307 and in it is a card that reads: “Forest animal rugs with starred eyes and horns in golden threads … they feel watered by luxury.” Use this animal sticker to extinguish something you have in luxury. Inside the envelope there is a sticker bottle of animal water.

Envelope #8 is actually a brown paper lunch sack that will be opened in page 356 and the card read: “The room was still when they watched it collecting the wind.” Use this pin wheel to watch the wind! It has a little Pinwheel DIY kit.

The library also includes questions and answers about this interactive book box in their email – if you are curious, this is what they say:

Q: Why is this only for children aged 9-12?
A: The books that we include in the book box program are withdrawn from our Youth Book Club set, and the recommended reading age is from 9-12.

Q: But my six -year -old child reads like a college child. Can they do this program?
A: I will answer with yes, but. If you are a parent of an advanced reader, you know very well the challenge of navigating the world of literature that is in your child’s ability to read but does not have to match their level of development. Can your six-year-old child read these books? For sure. Should they? Up to you. We have designed a program for children aged 9-12, and we will like as many as 9-12 years old children to experience it.

So can you check it for your six -year -old child? Yes, but it wasn’t designed for them. Our preference is that you wait until they are nine years old so that children who have 9-12 have the chance to enjoy book boxes.

Q: Does this program only occur during the summer?
A: We are very happy to tell you that we are trying to offer this all the time! Our goal is to have every title available for one year and to add two new titles every six months (all this depends on the budget and interest in the program).

Q: The prize looks rather small; Why?
A: Money.

Q: Can I check the two book boxes?
A: Yes, though not the same. Please see one by one.

Q: Do you have a plan to add more titles to this program?
A: Ah, I see that you are a question scanner and don’t have to be an answer reader. Yes, our goal is to add two new titles every six months (but to retire each title after one year in the circulation).

Q: Can you make a book box for children who are older/younger and/or adults?
A: As Tevye said with famous on Fiddler on the roof,

“If I am a rich person
Give Dibba Dibba Dibba Dibba Domb Dump
All day I will make a book box for children
If I am a rich person. ”

We are happy to create this pleasant and interactive reading experience for children, but not without cost. We have implemented changes so that the program can serve more customers and be cheaper, but it is not feasible for us to expand the current program.

Is there a question about this book box? I’m happy to answer!
