Favorite Book Offers to Complete May

The first week of our summer is over (I’m already scared too fast!) And we do a small camping vacation with friends to one of Utah National Park.

Here are some of my favorite book offers to finish May!

Tress of the Emerald Sea by Brandon Sanderson – Audiobook – $ 6.99 (with a membership that can be heard)
This is the choice of our audio book for our Costa Rika trip and that is very successful! I chose the complete version of the cast, which is a good call – there are so many different sounds and genuine music and sound effects and it only makes to listen to the amazing so that we all like from the first few minutes. Tress has lived a quiet life to his beloved friend (and … maybe more than a friend?) Taken on the way by his father and disaster. Now the Tress is ready to leave everything he has ever known to be stored on a ship and sail across a mysterious sea where even a drop of water can spell death for everyone on the ship.

Magic for Marigold by LM Montgomery – Audiobook – $ 1.99
I like every book that I have read by LM Montgomery (and don’t come to me because I say I think I like it Emily Moon series better than Anne of Green Gables!) This one about a little girl and a unique family and her imaginary friend sounds very strange!

Can you keep it a secret? By Sophie Kinsella – Audiobook – $ 3.99
Sophie Kinsella always appears with the most ridiculous scenario and then makes them very funny. I couldn’t help but laugh at my face when I read his books. This is one of my favorite books. Emma spilled all her secret to the strangers she met on the plane. But when the stranger became his new CEO at work, he realized that he knew everything that was embarrassing about him. How many things are worse?

One -The was a plane in the sky: Oral History September 11, 2001 by Garrett M. Graff – Audiobook – $ 5.00
There are many books 9/11, but this one tells the story of how it was opened with an oral account from the first respondent, living witnesses, survivors, and family members. This is considered one of the best September 11 books for a reason.

One by one by Ruth Ware – Audiobook – $ 5.00
I really entered the book Ruth Ware at the end of 2023! The books are all mystery/thriller and this is about the technological startup that hosts an executive retreat in a chalet in the Alps. Everything is tense when they get there (some teams want to take a purchase while others want to continue to walk until they can cash with a public IPO) and only become worse because the weather takes a dangerous turn and snow landslides trapped everything in the chalet. Then when people start to die? Well. . . Now everything is getting more intense. This is the first book that really gives me creep but I like it.

Divergent by Veronica Roth – Audiobook – $ 4.99
This Dystopian novel is at the top of all the charts when it comes out a decade ago and is still fun to read for teenagers and adults!

Amari and the night brothers by BB Alston – $ 4.99
I read this hard for my children and we are all really sucked! Amari mourned the disappearance of his beloved brother (the police said he was almost certain to die), but when he got a message that had been recorded from him, he found that there was a supernatural world that was unknown and that his brother was very involved before his disappearance. Joining this world will not be easy, but he is willing to do anything to find out what happened to his brother. And he is better to be serious, because “whatever is needed”, it turns out a lot. (This is a libro.fm agreement so you can use it to make a yoto card!)

The Secret Life of Groceries: The Dark Miracle of the American Supermarket by Benjamin Lorr – Ebook – $ 2.99
I think most readers have special interests and manufacturing and food sales are clearly one of mine (starting with reading Fast food nation When I was a teenager!). This one is interesting and I have told anyone that I can listen to everything about the interesting things that I learned. Do you like trader Joe? Now I know a lot about this beloved grocery store and what makes it so successful!
