She joined Rest Less in 2018 after gaining a first class Masters in Journalism from the University of Kent, and writes on a range of lifestyle topics such as mental health, home and garden, and fashion and beauty. Previously, she worked as a freelance writer for small businesses and also spent a year training to become a midwife. Elise spends her free time going to the gym, reading trashy romance novels, and hanging out with her loved ones. He also loves animals, and has an affinity for sharks and tornadoes.
